Our Policies

All riding services will vary according to capabilities and is left up to the discretion of Sierra West. This can be discussed during our pre-booking calls or e-mails. Sierra West reserves the right to cancel any ranch activity that is deemed unsafe due to poor weather conditions.


It is highly recommended that guests bring and wear their own riding helmets, however we do have a few on hand which are self-adjusting & you are more than welcome to use if you wish.




Check-in time is 4:00 – 8:00 pm and check-out time is by 11:00 am.


No pets allowed on the ranch


Fees & Pricing Information

  • All fees are in Canadian funds
  • 5% G.S.T. on top (Government Sales Tax)
  • 4% Hotel Levy Tax (on accommodations & bedding)
  • 50% deposit due upon booking – remainder upon arrival.
  • We accept cash, visa, master card, debit and e-transfers ¬†however on credit card transactions there will be a 3% fee added.


Accommodation Booking & Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is due at time of booking to secure your accommodation(s). If you wish to cancel, a minimum of 45 days notice from arrival date must be provided, less a $150 administrative fee which is non refundable. No deposit refund is available if less than 45 days notice is provided.

We encourage guests to purchase their own trip cancellation insurance.

Guests are responsible for personal health and accident insurance.
